It is easy to get lost in the world of Nutrition.
Let me help you find your way.

So, what is a dietitian and what do they do?

A dietitian is a regulated health professional specializing in food and nutrition care. Much like nurses, dietitians must complete specific education and training requirements and be registered with a professional regulation body. In BC, to use the title "dietitian" the individual must have completed the specific education and training, passed the national exam and be a current registrant of the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC).

Dietitians provide evidence-based nutrition therapy to help people stay healthy, prevent or manage chronic disease, recover from illness or injury, achieve athletic goals, manage food allergies or intolerances and generally feel their best.

No counting.
No deprivation.
No diets.
Just small, sustainable changes.

When it comes to healthy eating, there is no one-size-fits-all. With all of the confusing information out there, it is hard to know which way of eating is right for you. It's no wonder that trying to make changes to your diet can feel so overwhelming! As a Registered Dietitian, I can help you break it all down into easily digestible pieces. Together we can get you on the right path. One step at a time.
